UUDS, A Universe Of Services
The European Economic Interest Grouping Hygiene and Health UUDS was established in 2005, following the group of companies AKD, ERAX, ETUMECO, IDEN, IES, MAIDIS, NAXO, PACA HYGIENE, SEL, TMC AERO, TMC FRANCE. UUDS, French group has specialized over the years in the field of hygiene and health. The first of these companies, TMC FRANCE (chemicals technical maintenance) was born in 1981. The following developments gave birth to new companies, each specializing in its area, today administered in the European Economic Interest Grouping UUDS.
 
A group dynamic at the heart of Hygiene and Health:
Hygiene around two major themes:
• Hygiene Real Estate: Iden, Naxo, Paca Hygiene and SEL with over 500 satisfied customers.
• Hygiene in transport: TMC, Étuméco with customers like Air France, Airbus, Corsair, Tahiti Nui, Mondial Assistance ...
Health:
The solution for e-health with Maidis:
15 years of experience for the benefit of the patient records. Today, the jurisdiction of UUDS is recognized all over the world with operations in over 40 countries. The goal is to become a specialist in niche areas of hygiene and health, both in value-added services to major players in this segment and in the design, development and industrialization of specific additional equipment to services.

The shareholding
Maidis is supported in its development by its shareholder, the UUDS group, willing to make available the necessary financial resources but also his background in marketing and international development. U.U.D.S. (300 people) was established in 1981. This group currently generates a turnover of 20 million Euros. Group companies cover many complementary specialties professions: the provision of health services at airports: making sanitation Airborne (TMC AERO), medicalization of specialized planes, including the medical communication management with support centers, evacuation services, disinfection ... In this context, the U.U.D.S. group is currently in charge of processing incoming planes at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle (France) against the virus of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).
This activity is one of the priority development axis of the group:
• In the context of highly technical administrative approvals, disinfection, fumigation, chemical neutralization of regulated facilities.
• Services to local authorities, housing agencies and enterprises in the fields of cleanliness, hygiene and environmental protection (IDEN-NAXO-PACA HYGIENE).
• The distribution of products for saving water (WD)
• The rehabilitation of premises (TMC)
• The manufacture and distribution of anti-pest systems (volatile Ecopic-DEPIGEONAL)
• Various distribution activities: import and sale, including by mail or tele-shopping, products for the general public and particularly to life and environment dotings (IES, MER and MAISON)
U.U.D.S. is present in over 40 countries and holds a leading position in its businesses with the expertise of its teams. Highly decentralized in its organization and operation to meet the expectations of its customers, UUDS offers turnkey service solutions. As part of its expansion the Group wishes to take a position in the medical and hospital field that is interested in several of its core activities.
